Let’s be real for a second…

Some people just aren’t cut out to build a lean, aesthetic, godly physique.

They’ll never pack on muscle, master calisthenics skills, see washboard abs staring back in the mirror, or pull all the girls or guys everywhere they go with their stunning physiques.

So I made a list of who CAN and CAN'T build a lean, aesthetic godly physique.

Here’s who CAN.

• You’ve never worked out a day in your life.

• You feel too old, too young, or just "too out of shape."

• You’re busy working two jobs or raising a family.

• You’ve always been self-conscious about your body.

• You think pull-ups, push-ups, etc… are impossible.

• You’re male, female, or anywhere in between.

• You feel stuck, unmotivated, or unsure where to start.

• You’ve tried and failed with fitness programs before.
  

 But on the other hand…

You CAN'T be looking like a greek-god if:

• You’re not willing to put in the work.
