Stuck? Use This “Ladder” to Keep Progressing

If your workouts feel the same every week, here’s how to fix that (for good).

Most people plateau in calisthenics.

They do the same push-ups. The same squats. The same reps.
And then wonder why they’re not getting stronger.

Here’s the truth:
If your workout doesn’t challenge you, it won’t change you.

The fix? The Progression Ladder.

Every time you train, make sure you’re doing at least ONE of these:

✅ More reps (Add 1-2 extra reps per set)
✅ Harder variations (Move from knee push-ups → regular push-ups → diamond push-ups)
✅ Slower reps (Control every movement, no momentum)
✅ Less rest (Shorten your breaks to increase endurance)

Progress isn’t about doing more random exercises.
It’s about leveling up the ones you already do.

If you follow this, your strength will skyrocket—week after week.

And if you want a done-for-you system that guides you through these progressions step by step…
