Let’s be honest, pull-ups are one of the toughest calisthenics moves out there.
But they’re also one of the most rewarding.
The problem? Most people:
Swing their body like a fish out of water.
Use way too much momentum.
Give up after a few failed attempts.
But here’s the truth: Anyone can master pull-ups, yes, even you.
Whether you can’t do a single pull-up yet or want to increase your reps, it all comes down to:
Proper Technique – No more flailing around.
Smart Progressions – Start where you are, not where you want to be.
