You don’t need a program to start making progress.
Yes, a structured system helps. But what really matters is taking action.

So here’s what I want you to do:

1️⃣ Pick one exercise to master this month. (Push-ups? Squats? Pull-ups?)
2️⃣ Commit to training 3x a week. (Even if it’s just 10 minutes.)
3️⃣ Track your progress. (Because what gets measured, improves.)
